Experience Healing with LENS

LENS (Low Energy Neurofeedback System) is a gentle, FDA-registered technology that helps the brain reset itself for optimal functioning.

Each client’s EEG signals (brain waves) are unique to them and constantly changing.  The LENS measures these constantly changing signals and matches the feedback to the client’s own physiological/neurological fingerprint.

Each of us has a unique fingerprint. And each of us has our own unique brain waves and physiology.

And wow, do they both get hijacked as life keeps life’ing.

That’s why we invite you to ‘Come Home to Yourself.’

What Coming Home Feels Like

"Since starting LENS, one of the most meaningful differences in my kids with ADHD has been their new ability to process their feelings instead of jumping straight to anger. They're pausing, thinking, and choosing healthier responses. I've also noticed a deeper connection in my relationship with them, which has been one of the biggest gifts!"

— Parent of 3

"LENS neurofeedback has been truly transformative. I finally feel like I have control over my choices and my stress — staying calm in situations that used to spike my anxiety."

— E.H.

"Since starting LENS I've noticed a steady calmness settling in — situations that used to trigger agitation or stress now feel manageable, and I'm able to stay grounded when my kids have big emotions or outbursts."

— M.H.

"My son started LENS to help with anxiety; one of the unexpected benefits was that he stopped bedwetting! Life changer for him, and me. He's so much more regulated going to bed that his body is responding to signals that were ignored before. This mama is so grateful."

— A Grateful Mom

"I have noticed a remarkable difference since beginning LENS therapy. I feel more regulated, grounded, and able to parent from a place of calm. My mind is clearer, my energy has increased, and I feel capable of being the mother I've wanted to be."

— Mom of 4

"I have two boys with ADHD who also struggle with emotional and behavioral regulation. Since starting LENS therapy, I've noticed a significant improvement in their ability to focus and manage their responses."

— C.C.

What is LENS?

LENS is a fast form of neurofeedback - requiring fewer and shorter sessions to achieve long-lasting positive impact than traditional neurofeedback.

It requires no active effort: low-intensity electromagnetic signals briefly stimulate the brain to shift stuck patterns and improve mood, focus, and resilience.

Sensors, applied to the body or scalp, record nervous system or brain activity, the software analyzes the frequencies, and a patented process feeds a subset of that information back through the sensors. We describe it as ‘mirroring’ information back to the brain.

The brain uses this feedback to reduce or resolve symptoms that impair quality of life.

What to Expect

LENS sessions are brief and gentle. While our appointment sessions are booked for 30 minutes, the actual LENS applications last just a few minutes.

Small sensors placed on the body or scalp measure nervous system or brainwave activity, then deliver a customized, low-intensity signal lasting just a few seconds — painless and imperceptible. No concentration or effort is required; your brain responds and adjusts naturally.

LENS helps the brain reorganize and shift out of stuck or dysregulated patterns. Clients often notice changes within a few sessions, including improved sleep, mental clarity, reduced anxiety, better focus, or greater emotional balance.

Sessions are typically once per week; the average client plans on 10-12 sessions for long-lasting change, depending on your needs and how your nervous system responds. Results are cumulative and often lasting, supporting long-term improvements in mood, clarity, and stress recovery.

Who Could Benefit?

LENS has shown positive outcomes in both children and adults. It may support clients experiencing:

  • Anxiety & Depression

  • ADHD & Executive Functioning Difficulties

  • PTSD & Trauma

  • Chronic Stress or Burnout

  • Brain Fog

  • Migraines & Headaches

  • Sleep Difficulties

  • Emotional Reactivity

  • Sensory Sensitivities

  • Bedwetting

  • Concussion and TBI Recovery

Because LENS works directly with the nervous system, it can complement and enhance traditional talk therapy—helping clients access deeper emotional regulation, clarity, and healing.
